Beginnings of my meal plan

Hey all, I have a couple of questions about timing of my meal plan.

I havent decided what will be in the meals yet, but im trying to get the times together, heres what I have:

Meal 1: 7:15am

Meal 2: 10:15am

Meal 3: 1:15pm

Meal 4: 5pm

Meal 5: 8pm

Meal 6: 10:15pm

Now, I go to bed at rougly 11pm, is it ok to have a meal that close to sleeping?

Also, I get home from work at roughly 8pm, which is when id want to workout, is it right to have my meal right before working out, or should I move this meal to after my workout?

Thanks all, thats all I can think of for now

That timing looks fine. You two biggest meals should be before and after your workout. I would not wait, if I were you, until 10:15 pm to eat if your workout ends around 9... Eating that close to bed does not matter, as long as you don't eat too much. Again, since you're working out at night, it's going to be hard to eat too much around that time... make sense?

I would eat two times between 1:15 and your workout. Split the time such that your last meal is 30 min to 1 hr before the workout.
