I think it depends. It actually acts as a serm selective (o)estrogen receptor modifier so in those with high oestrogen could act lower its effects.

Also soy increases those IGF-1 levels.

Also look at you Americanised with your "estrogen" spelling

so why is it that if you have any unwanted parasites they will feed on probiotics more than other foods? if thats what you are even saying?

dont confuse prebiotics with probiotics
