I would say no....although there is no fat there is still 20g of carbs....and 1/2 cup of ice cream is nothing...I myself couldn't have this in the house because I would eat 2 cups at least in one serving....that would be friggin 80g carbs...If you can control yourself and eat the recommended serving size then it wouldn't be that bad for a treat...but have you seen what 1/2 cup looks like...I can pick that up with a big spoon almost....just my .02

NO! i have had it and i have to second what furball says about it. its too easy to over eat because the serving size is so small

forget the serving size. i have very good control. i am just wondering that if you eat the half cup and control it, is this a good thing to consume once in a while?

Good is in the eye of the beholder....for a treat that seems good to me...but to some people a grilled chicken breast is what they would consider good for you...but like I said, if its only once in a while...its not that bad...Hell it only has 80 calories...you could burn most of that trying to dish it out if its hard enough....
