If I come across anything ill post it. There are alot of sites now though promoton the addition of a spoon of oil or two postworkout

In my opinion a little bit in the morning and afternoon avoid them (they are not the plague but not a great thing) before and after a workout, and a little heavier in the evening (replaceing some carbs)
