Currently I take Multi Vitamins and 2 pills called TotalLean from GNC it's suppose to Boost Energy, and Metabolism. Ever since I started taking it I haven't feeled hungrey. Should I still eat? I also plan on taking a couple other supplements. I'm looking for a food scale and a bottle mixer like the ones used at for a bartender to mix my drinks and food scale for the Chicken. Can anyone tell me where I can get these. Also here are a few links of ones that I thought I should get.

NUTRIENTS THAT REDUCE WATER RETENTION Are these things good for you?

What are the daily recommends for Vitamins and Minerals? Is their a website or site that will tell you how much of Vitamin A you need, etc?

What does Glutamine do? Any side-effects?
What does Creatine do? Any side-effects?

Should I get both Flax Seed and Flax Oil? If so which ones? Where did you buy them?

Twinlab C-1000 Caps
Twinlab Super E-Complex

I may add more I am reading a lot on bodybuilding. I plan on starting on Monday.

Please tell me what supplements are good and have worked for you.

Not exactly sure where you are going in this post, but I'll do what I can to answer some of your queries.

My bro bought from BBDiscount.com and he got great products at a great price. Very happy with them.

Yes, I would eat several times each day, whether you are trying to cut or bulk. It appears as if you are trying to do both? Incredibly difficult to do and my recommendation is to concentrate on one or the other.

I wouldn't worry about water retention until you are getting ready to go on stage at a bodybuilding contest.

I use ground flax seeds instead of flax seed oil. No special reasons, just a personal preference thing.

I would get a either a shaker cup or a regular blender. You can get a cloth tape from a fabric store for less money than they MyoTape. The fat calipers look OK, but the mirror can be one of your best tools.

You can check out he FDA guidlines for vitamin and mineral requirements. If you have a good, well rounded diet you really don't need to be worried about getting the minimums as you probably already are.

d2dexter,

Hey how are you doing? Some thoughts on your post.

"Should I still eat?
Can anyone tell me where I can get these (food scale)?
What are the daily recommends for Vitamins and Minerals? Is their a website or site that will tell you how much of Vitamin A you need, etc?
What does Glutamine do? Any side-effects?
What does Creatine do? Any side-effects?
Are these things good for you?

Is bodybuildingdiscount.com reliable has anyone bought their?"

Most of the answers to these questions can be found using the 'search' button in the upper right-hand corner or doing a search on google.com. I'll venture to say the reason you didn't get many responses is because your post was a bit scattered and kinda hard to follow. I know all this stuff is confusing but try to do a preliminary search and I bet you find all the answers yourself.

My personal advice regarding these suppliments is that you're wasting your money. If you don't know what these suppliments are claiming to do for you, then you should definitely not be taking them. If you put your energy towards diet and lifting you're going to get tons more results than trying to do it through suppliments. I and many people here don't take any at all and we've been making excellent gains.
