I need an explanation on a type of bread, because it has been one of the questions that have been eating at me for the longest time. I don't understand why more people don't eat 100% whole wheat Healthy Life bread. From what I can tell, it is the lowest calorie value bread, it claims to be 100% whole wheat not sure how accurate that is, but it also seems to be high in
dietary fiber. The only explanation I have been capable of deriving to this question is that maybe it isn't offered in your areas? or maybe
highly processed? I am sorry those of you that might know me, I am "newbie" and need directions. lol. thanks guys it's good to be back.
P.S. If it has something to do with being processed, and if you don't mind could you explain to me possibly what the effects or more or less why it isn't the best choice. Sorry if this has some sort of thread already on here, I just couldn't find it.
Thanks!
