I love broccoli raw it to me taste so good but, today I had a cup of it with my lunch and OMG I feel so bloated. I think I need to cut back to 1/2 cup and 1/2 cup later in the day.
Lunch today was:
4oz extra lean ground beef 96% lean
(50g) 1 hard boiled egg (whole)
1 cup of broccoli
3oz baby carrots
6oz Dannon Free Yogurt
363 calories 15.1g fat 24.3g carbs 36g protein
