Burn fat without losing muscle?


How can I lose body fat from my stomach, without losing muscle? What do I have to eat and what avoid eating? Do fat burning Products help? (Like Hydroxicat)

I see it's your first post. What you want to do first is do a search. Read the last few pages of the diet forums there have been 2 or 3 questions like yours.

If you'll use the search option (near the top of the page) at DiscussFitness.com you'll find that plenty of information about nutrition, weight lifting, and aerobics. Try it.

And if you don't find what you're looking for ... just ask.

If you're relatively skinny, you can't spot train your abs to make them show up. Fat around the stomach is the last place you'll lose fat as your bodyfat percentage goes down
