Pierini, if that's your picture in your icon I think you look great for your age, in fact you look great for a 20 year old!

Thanks to all for your help.

Glenn

Thanks Glenn, that is me about 1 month ago.

Some people think I am too lean. I'd rather be Spiderman than the Incredible Hulk. Plus I like lean women, I married one, and I wouldn't feel right walking down the street with my wife sporting a fat back, a big puss-gut, and looking like I have a pack of franks on the back of my neck.

Keep the pedal to the metal with your training.

I'd rather be the hulk but apparently it's not going to happen so I'll just be me.

I like thick girls myself - not cows, but thick (the best way I can describe it).

Then my wife decided to become the smallest she's ever been since I met her.

The burka hasn't arrived yet, but when it comes I'll let her walk with me in public again.

I always liked commander Worf's statement, "I would require a klingon woman." Oh boy, I'm gonna get it for that.

Andy you are a beast! And I mean that in the right way.

There is nothing more dangerous than two stringy bags of bones rolling around in the dark, tangled in sheets. Someone is going to end up with bruises and usually it's the female one. We need a little "cushion for the ------".

Sorry Glenn,

Diversity rocks!

I'm not even going to actually comment. I'm too busy laughing and trying not to pee my pants. Somehow that was the funniest thing I've read in weeks.

Different strokes for different folks.

My Dad, a retired taxicab driver always tells me the story of him going out to a country & western bar on a call and seeing two drunk rednecks fighting it out in the parking lot for the fat girl's honor.

Thick is cool too but they sweat too much. I'm the only one who should be sweating.

Now we've really hijacked your thread Glenn. If this continues, maybe we need to carry it over to the Off Topic Forum.

Sorry Glenn.

You did get the information you wanted didn't you? If not, we will certainly have to get back on track.

Hey Guyz:

No problem, it's been a fun read. I think I got all the information I needed.

I do have one question though, when cutting should one continue on the same workout with the same wieght? Can I expect to increase the weight I lift or will it taper off?

Thanks again for all of your help.

Glenn

I'd stick with the same workout. You may increase the weight a little bit. If your weights go down a lot, that could be a sign you're loosing muscle and have cut the calories too much, or your macronutrient ratios could be off.
