Calorie Counter

I have a request. I use fit day. Does anyone know or have a program that when you add a bunch of ingredients together, it will tell you the nutritional value per serving (such as 1 cup)?
For example i combine Brown Rice, Beans, and Tomato sauce together, how many Cals, Carbs, Protein, etc.. am i getting from 1 cup? Of course i am looking for a shortcut and do NOT want to calculate on paper with a calculator 8-)

Thanks!!!
