lol, well the thing is, i dont really like eating, unless its good food haha, so i usually force myself to eat more n more, i dont want to spend half my day eating, i eat about 4-5 meals a day each ranging from 500-700 calories maybe one would be 300. anyways im fine with what im doing right now, its just when i want to up my
calorie intake, i dont feel like adding another meal, so i was wondering if theres anything with very high calories, with low fat, and fast to eat. i guess my best bet would be a
protein shake.
