I am 5'6 tall, 20 year old female who weighs 168. I am having problems with my eating patterns. Though I eat mostly healthy, I do not keep a constant
calorie intake. Some days I eat 1500, sometimes way less, sometimes more. I'm told that I need to eat about 1600 and maintain that in order to loose weight. Why can't I loose weight eating a lot less than that since I am taking in a low amount of calories and should be burning way more calories than I take in? This is confusing. How much should I be consuming???
