can I eat 150g carbs post workout??

Im trying to cut down bodyfat. Im eating clean and maintaining a 40/40/20 split and getting my carbs mainly from veggies and complex carbs.

I can survive off protein shakes and veggies and CALORIE FREE dressings (http://waldenfarms.com/) all day but post workout to get in my daily 200g of carbs, can I ingest 150g with my PWO meal? the remaining 50 are from 30g oats in the morning, and 20g from veggies during lunch.???

heres what im thinking, i just want to know if it sounds legit....

breakfast: oats with a dash of cinnamon, 31g carbs

10am: handful almonds or cashews 1 g carbs

12:lettuce,spinach,tuna or chicken breast with calorie free dressings. 9 grams of carb

1:30pm, 2 scoops whey... 270 calories, 6g carbs

3:30 - 2 scopps whey , 6 grams carbs

5:00 sugar free redbull pre workout 3 g carb
thats 55grams SO far.

PWO 8oz, chicken breast chopped apprx 40g protein, steamed brocolli with 4 of 6inch WHOLE WHEAT tortillas 32x4= 128g carbs and plus veggies ~ 140g.

therefore total 195~200g.

there are some days where i skip a whey shake or 2 and maybe have fruits like grapes or apples...depends if im craving something sweet... but does this seem acceptable?

this is APPROX 2100-2300 calories... im 6'00, 215 with 23%ish bf.
