I heard the boron in vanilla ice cream is good for the male prostate. Something about digestion down there. no back up though.. I think I read it in mens health.

I hear ya' all about the ice cream. I think the only thing worse than ice cream is too much alcohol.

Yesterday, for our July 4th celebration, I passed on an innocent looking ice cream bar that had about 350 calorie and 15g of fat!

I admit it took some willpower to say no but I did it and didn't whine about it (I'll just whine here )

ack.. i'm such a weakling saying no to ice cream.. especially now since it's summer.. i gotta allow myself to eat it sometimes.. just don't overdo it.. hhmm.. ben and jerry's phish food *drool*

I went to dairy queens yesterday. lol i only had one scoop though so its all good i think.
