Cant eat that much.

Okay so im trying to start cutting and I Know you have to eat 6 small meals a day rather then 3 but I just can't do it. Theres so many times where im just not hungry and I force myself to eat a little bit of something and then I feel full eventhough I barely ate anything. Like today...in the morning at 8am I had 2 eggs and a yogurt. I did my workout at about 10:30am and ate a can of tunafish after. Then at about 1:30 I had chicken salad with some pasta. And here I am now...at 6:30 and I feel like if I eat anymore im going to throw up. What am I doing wrong? Im trying to lose some bodyfat and I feel like by doing it this way im doing the complete oposite.

Is this is a typical day? if so, you are not eating nearly enough to maintain muscle mass and are not eating enough complex carbs (veggies) and esential fats to maintain health. Your body probably thinks it is being starved and has shut your metabolism down, so little or no fat is being burned. Are you cutting for a contest? If not a contest, why are you cutting? Have you done a cutting cycle before? What is your current bodyfat percentage, and what is your goal? What is your age & gender? If you were a young female and describing your feelings about eating, I would suspect (and I am no authority) an eating disorder.

you start by listening carefully to cursor and LadyC, then review and learn from the stickies at the tops of the forums. diet and exercuse rules apply to EVERYBODY who does'nt have some kind of genetic disease, so they'll work for you, too, as long as you follow them.
