Like today...in the morning at 8am I had 2 eggs and a yogurt. I did my workout at about 10:30am and ate a can of tunafish after. Then at about 1:30 I had chicken salad with some pasta. And here I am now...at 6:30 and I feel like if I eat anymore im going to throw up. What am I doing wrong? Im trying to lose some bodyfat and I feel like by doing it this way im doing the complete oposite.

Is this is a typical day? if so, you are not eating nearly enough to maintain muscle mass and are not eating enough complex carbs (veggies) and esential fats to maintain health. Your body probably thinks it is being starved and has shut your metabolism down, so little or no fat is being burned. Are you cutting for a contest? If not a contest, why are you cutting? Have you done a cutting cycle before? What is your current
bodyfat percentage, and what is your goal? What is your age & gender? If you were a young female and describing your feelings about eating, I would suspect (and I am no authority) an
eating disorder.
