Carb Cycling

I'm looking for any information on carb cycling. I did a search and did not find what I was looking for. I've seen different ways of doing carb cycling.....low for a week, high for a week, etc.....or the other way I've seen is doing a daily rotation. I'm just wondering if anyone has tried carb cycling and the types of results you have seen.

Also, I am wondering if workouts should be done according to what you eat. Should you do high intensity weight training on high carb days?? Do cardio on no carb day??

I tried the no carb diet, but I enjoy fruits and veggies too much to give them up so I thought this diet might be a nice balance. I can live without carbs knowing that I can eat them in a day or so.

Nice to see ya back MSUgirl. I don't see why you couldn't find a happy medium and eat somewhere in between all the time.

That's a good point Lady C.....I don't know why!!! I've been out of the loop for awhile, recently took a job and moved over to West Michigan so I haven't been on this site in a few months probably. I'm looking to get motivated again for summer!!
