Carbs in post workout shake while cutting?
Shood there be carbs in the post workout shake if I'm cutting?
I normally mix 15-20g whey isolate+5glutamine in water immediately after working out and drink up. 30-40 min later I have dinner.
Shood I add some fast carbs to the shake mix?
Also shood I take the same mix after weight training or tkd workout?
tkd workout consists of cardio for 30 min, 10 min stretch, 45-50 min intense kicking, 10 min strech 15min doing random stuff.

You should definitely add some simple carbs like dextrose to that post workout shake, usually the recommended amount is a 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein, so if your shake is 20 grams of protein add like 40 grams of dextrose. Not sure about if you need a shake after the tkd workout though.

After a cardio session I wouldn't put any simple carbs. I just took whey protein 20 minutes before and right after my cardio sessions, and then ate an hour after that.

Why the difference between shakes after cardio & after weights?
After cardio, muscles will be depleted as after weights.

Well, muscles won't be as depleted after cardio than weight lifting. Plus the time after cardio your body is in a fat burning mode. Simple carbs won't be good to take during that fat burning mode. Some people will take simple carbs after cardio, but I sure wouldn't.

Why not? Say I'm on a stair stepper for 30min. Then some biking etc. Wont the leg muscles be depleted?

Yes but not like heavy squats.
Taking just whey protein before and after cardio will help prevent muscle breakdown while hopefully staying in that fat burning mode.
This is just my opinion however and I'm sure other people have different views.

Whether you need to replenish muscle glycogen after cardio (which is, I think, the real question here) depends on how intensely you do the cardio. There is no doubt that you can deplete virtually all of your body's glycogen with an intense workout. You need to replace this if you expect to maintain lean weight.

CJNY has the right answer. Glycogen replenishment (the major reason for post workout carbs) is obviously a question of glycogen depletion. If you haven't substantially emptied the vault, then sucking down a batch of carbohydrates will not provide the body with anything that it can use ... and we all know what happens with excess calories.
One of the WORST thing that you can do for fat loss is to perform moderate aerobics (where you haven't spent muscle glycogen), then pump high- glycemic carbs into your body (with the erroneous idea that you're giving your muscles what they need). The high-GI nature of the food (that you don't even need) very simply shuttles those excess calories off to your fat stores at a faster rate. While the calories may fit into your daily meal plan, the fact that you are having the wrong kind, and at the wrong time, makes them excessive.

CJNY and cursor have good points, it depends on the intensity and the type of cardio you do. But, I never saw a reason to have carbs after cardio, even after I had an intense HIIT cardio session. I personally think that having the High GI carbs after weight training is the much more important thing to do. For me personally, I'll never have any High GI carbs right after cardio. That's just me though.
