Question

Care to evaluate?

I've started up a bulking diet (approx. 3000 cals/day) and its kind of new to me. If you care to, have a look at my journal and tell me what you think. I think I have the basics, I'm just wondering if I'm missing some key points like post workout meals or before bed meals, things like that. Any input is welcome. Thanks.

EDIT: The diet is more stable in the later posts

Funny you say that, I just ran out of Wheaties and I was gong to replace it with oatmeal and FF yogurt in the morning starting tomorrow.

I hate cottage cheese! I tried it a couple times, but I just can't develop a taste for it. How do you guys eat that stuff?

I cook with Cottage cheese alot. I use the low fat kind, but include it in a lot of meals. It doesn't taste so bad cooked!
