Cayenne Pepper+Protein Shake=Good Digestion


Any advice on this breakfast to make it better:

SHAKE
2 scoops of Whey
2 tablespoons of non fat yogurt (for pro-biotics)
1 teaspoon of high lignan flax oil (EFA's)
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (circulation and digestion)
300 mg. ALA
1 scoop of Green Vibrance

OATMEAL
1 Cup of Old Fashioned Oatmeal cooked

SUPPLEMENTS
3000 mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine
70 mg Tocotrienols
200 mg Tocopherols
100 mg Milk Thistle
500 mg. Ester C plus Bioflavonoids

umm i have a cup or two of green tea. has some caffeine ta get ya goin plus some major health benefits mainly as a very strong antioxidant

Green Vibrance covers it!


The nice thing about Green Vibrance is that it has a substantial amount of green tea extract without the side effects of caffeine.
Waking up hasn't been a problem yet so I haven't hit the caffeine or stimulants.
