If your diet is
geared towards losing weight, I would not make that a staple meal. If its a must, drop the OJ and get a water, and put the dressing on the side to minimize the amount you are putting on, and easy on the cheese.
Do you have a Wendy's near you? As a salad alternative, they have a mandarin chicken salad that would probably suit you better. Mandarin orange slices, almonds, and whatever dressing you want. vinagrette or a somehting with a healthy fat like olive oil would be good. Again, dressing on the side.
