I use to eat those often enough before because on wed and sat. their is a wing and beer special at St-Hubert (use to work there too). I don't eat that anymore..I even stopped drinking. But tonight were going..well I won't eat wings, I'll eat a chicken brest or something like that. My boyfriend will eat the wings though. I looked wings up in fitday..is it possible that wings (fried w/skin) are about 1000cal for 12? Now I am 120% sure I will not eat that ever again.

I saw some buffalo wings at the grocery store the other day and I thought . . . hmmm chicken . . . . . .high protein they must be good for you, right? . . . .

Yeah, save those for your cheat meals. They're deadly. Bummer, too, because I live a block from a place called Aiellos that makes some of the best wings in NYC.
wouldnt it be great if we lived in a world where fatty disgusting foods was what people needed to survive and be healthy? Makes me wonder if vegetables and health food would be equal to chicken wings here...
