Chocolate Banana healthy oatmeal Recipe


2/3 cup Skim Milk 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats 1 tablespoon baking cocoa 2 (1 g) packets splenda or stevia(or other artificial sweetner) 1 small banana mashed 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  1. In small saucepan bring milk to a light boil, stir in oats and simmer for 1 minute.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve topped with additional milk if desired.
You can also use Vanilla extract instead of the baking cocoa.
