Christmas Party


Okay so my office had this huge Christmas party and I ate great this morning and earlier in the week. I told myself I would cheat a little today and then cheat a little at Christmas time then it is time to grind it. I dont think i went overboard today but wanted to see what you guys thought..... I ate

BBQ Chicken- Protein
BBQ Beef - Protein
Coleslaw - Mixed Veggies
Potato Salad - umm potatoes
baked beans - protein
Cheese dip - dairy and protein
Fritos - carbs
brownies - umm happiness
lemon squares - i brought those so i had to eat some
cake - i brought that too

Hey but I did stay away from the soda!!!!!!!! LOLOLOL
ohhhhhhhhhh I am terribly awfully stuffed.....

A few meals at the holidays won't kill you. I'm just going to wait till the new year to get back on the diet plan myself. Just go easy on the sweets, those are what will store all those calories you are eating.

You only live once.
