Cold Cuts?

Are cold cuts good? ( as in do they have too many preservatives or not?)...also...I've been eating chicken breast cold cuts, and I'm not a big fan of the taste, I was wondering, besides chicken and turkey, what other cold cuts are good for you, as in high in protein and low in fat. What about all beef salami, or roast beef? How do these compare to chicken breast in protein content?....thank you in advance :

What I would say is this. When eating deli meat the one thing you have to watch out for is salt. Try finding the low sodium kinds there are numerous out there and your choices will be better if you go to a deli as opposed to buying the packaged kind. If your looking for alternatives to chicken try roast beef it's not bad, or the many flavors of turkey, turkey pastrami, or one of my favorites is sliced eye of round. It looks like roast beef but is much leaner and tastes better imho.. Stay away from salami it is loaded with fat. LIke I said earlier I think deli meats are ok if you eat them in moderation just watch out for the salt content.

Cold cuts are an inferior source of protein at best.
