Cold pasta sauces

Anybody good at making (fairly quick and easy) low fat pasta sauces for cold pasta? The micro in work is broken at the moment and I usually just heat up my penne pasta/chicken/veg but have been taking in cold tuna pasta.

Just making it with bit of mayo with some mixed peppers and some spring onion. Its not bad but bit limited in cold pasta and rice dishes.Got a few I like to make but don't taste as good when there cold(especially the rice dishes).Cheers

Try a teeny bit of olive oil and a fair bit of vinegar -- with a few dashes of the right spices (salt and pepper, of course -- otherwise, think Italian), it'd be a helluva pasta salad. Keep the peppers and onion.

As an aside, I have a couple of decent thermos containers of various sizes which I used for lunches. It just takes a few minutes in the morning, which I do while eating breakfast.
