I could not take the taste of them alone but when cooked in the microwave with a bit of olive oil it makes a nice bedtime snack. ANyone try this before?

I've heard (just in a post here) that cooking esp microwaving does bad stuff to them.
Try and incorportate them into other foods as a topping on oatmeal (post cooking), cottage cheese, mixed in with tuna etc. Also there are different types golden and brown I'm pretty sure the nutritional benifites are the same but they have a little different taste.
