Cooking Oil: Olive Oil

Hi Everybody.

I'm curious to know if the oil I use is healty or not. Currently I use Olive Oil. One serving is One TBSP and it has 14 gms of Fat. That's about all it has although the MonoUn is 10 gms, the PolyUn is 2 gms while the Sat Fat is only 2 gms. I don't know whether that makes much of a difference or not.

Any advice as to how good this oil is?

Thanks

One of the best. The monounsaturated fats in particular are very good for your health. You SHOULD use it.

You can't beat olive oil. It even counters cholesterol. It's the best!
