Cottage Cheese and Tuna

Is cottage cheese and tuna a good lunch or meal before bed? I think mixing these two tastes so great!

Both, but especially before bed as cottage cheese is 100% casein protein(I think). Personally, I like to balance my protein with at least one other macronutrient (depending on the time of day), so for lunch I would have some low GI carbs with the tuna and cottage cheese, and some EFAs with it at night.

I like cottage cheese. But I had a time where I just ate it too often, then I got sick of it for a while. I replaced it with curd cheese. But I still it cottage every now and then. Specially good before bed time, followed by an apple.

I eat this almost every morning as a snack!

Tuna (water drained) mixed with cottage cheese until it becomes pastey and then I spread it on some nice, toasted multi-grain bread. Yummy!
