so these are the foods I eat regularly every day
morning 8:00-3 whole eggs, 2 whole wheat bread slices w/ jam, 1 glass of 1%/skim milk & an apple
9:30-2 oranges
12:00-grilled whole wheat sandwich, consisting of sliced green peppers, small slice of mozzarella,1-2 slices of tomato and/or cucumbers, 2-3 slices of turkey sandwich meat + apple
1:00-more fruit
3:00- ON
whey protein shake + handful of oats mixed in with 1%/skim milk + apple
3:30-more fruit
4:30- tuna whole wheat sandwich with lettuce + possibly
protein shake
after workout- protein shake + fruit
6:00- whatevers being cooked usually healthy meal
