critique my diet


so these are the foods I eat regularly every day

morning 8:00-3 whole eggs, 2 whole wheat bread slices w/ jam, 1 glass of 1%/skim milk & an apple

9:30-2 oranges

12:00-grilled whole wheat sandwich, consisting of sliced green peppers, small slice of mozzarella,1-2 slices of tomato and/or cucumbers, 2-3 slices of turkey sandwich meat + apple

1:00-more fruit

3:00- ON whey protein shake + handful of oats mixed in with 1%/skim milk + apple

3:30-more fruit

4:30- tuna whole wheat sandwich with lettuce + possibly protein shake

after workout- protein shake + fruit

6:00- whatevers being cooked usually healthy meal

it's a bulking diet, so.... anybody want to comment/give advice???

In general, make sure you get protein with every meal- 2 oranges and "more fruit" usually isn't the best. Overall, it's pretty clean. You could use some more vegetables, hopefully your last meal has a good amount. We'll be able to say more if you tell us when your workout is. Hope this helps!

yeah I should probably add some more vegetables to the diet, but the fruit I figure is alright since I eat them as snacks every half hour or so to keep my metabolism high and prevent my self from getting hungry too often the rest of the food I eat every 2 hrs are my actual meals and I usually go to the gym at around 4:40 or 5

Actually be reducing the fruit and replacing it with protein and fats you will be satiated longer. If you are bulking more fats tend to keep the calories high.
