What you're eating may be just fine — it varies from person to person. The best measure of need is body awareness. Rhetorical list of questions:
  • Do you have plenty of energy for your workouts?
  • Do you ever feel absolutely stuffed when you eat?
  • Are you losing fat (not necessarily scale-weight)
  • How restful is your sleep: 1) are you sleeping enough, and 2) are you sleeping deeply enough
  • Are you staying properly hydrated?
I would say, give you current plan another four weeks and see where how your fat/lean-mass ratio shifts.
