Cursor's Experiment - Feedback

Just a quick thank you to Cursor for sharing his experiences during his recent targeted bulking experiment. I, for one, checked in almost every day to see what was going on and what kinds of challenges he was experiencing in his nutrition and weightlifting program. While he may have fallen a bit short of his target, I think the lesson learned here is that with an intelligent approach to foods and lifting, tangible gains can almost be calculated onto the body. Real life makes it difficult to stick to these things 100% rigidly as shown in this experiment, but keeping an eye on the final goal will allow you to ultimately prevail.

I was most shocked at the seemingly rinky-dink equipment Cursor uses. I presume it was some variation of this equipment that got him in the shape he is in currently, which only makes me wonder what he would look like if he had access to "real" equipment.

In any case, I enjoyed the honest, from-the-heart play by play that he published, and look forward to the next odyssey that he will pursue to get that next, elusive 10 lbs of lbm.

I am also very interested to hear the details of his "new" nutrition and workout plans. I got the hint of some new tactics a few weeks ago, and would like to hear about some of the new learnings.

It's always good to see you pop back in TallShadow. I'm glad that you enjoyed the abbreviated journey. I feel that I really blew it by getting hurt the way that I did. The 10 lbs will come, but I'll certainly make sure that I'm properly healed before taking up the charge again (at least with the same intensity).

Cursor, I think you did a fine job. Five pounds is great no matter how you look at it. With the right equipment I believe that you could have done it (without injuries) of course.

Sorry about your injury cursor. Well 5 pounds of LBM is still really good. You should put a new pic results up sometime soon.
