Now were talking sex in tin foil, I love the stuff.
I believe a few chunks a day would help out on them sweet craving moments.
I freeze mine as so when i eat it, i can suck it for longer which satifies my need more.
Once choc is swallowed the taste for more is great until fat receptive cells on tounge tell brain the body has taken in enough fat.
So if you suck on frozen square the tounge is fooled and lies to the brain.
Hope this makes sence ?

Yay, but in moderation. It's been shown to have health benefits, but it's high in saturated fat and calories, so you still shouldn't go overboard.

Only if you need to change a bad habit with sweets. I wouldn't bother trying to purposely incorporate it if you don't currently indulge.

Choose plain simple ingredients in your chocolate.

For those of you who like to be politically correct, remember that chocolate is one of the worst commodities with a reputation for abusing child labour. Fair trade practice might influence your decision more than whether it is a good food to eat.
