Diet


Hey im tryin to change up my diet something that will not only help me put on the right weight but also help me lose the some of the fatty weight. I have been crampin up alot and ive heard that muscle cramps have alot to do with not only just being tired but also an inbalance in electrolytes and lack of potassioum. i was just wouldering what kind of foods i should start eating
