Diet Advice


I currently work out 1-2 hours 4-5 days per week. I am a decent weight for my height but I don't look quite as good as I want so I know I need some diet changes. I eat basically anything I want so any changes would be good ones.

Can any one suggest any simple diet changes (meals and snacks) that will keep my energy up and promote weight loss? Thanks:
