Diet enough for muscle gain?

This is basically my diet everyday, there might be an occasional wavier in it but basically i stick to it pretty well. (the waiver being salsa and chips while watching the game. I think its all mental i dont need them but with sports it just happens... im sad)

Breakfast:
2 to 3 eggs or bowl of oatmeal
whey protein shake

Lunch:
Can of tuna(maybe two I love tuna)
small salad no dress

Pre-workout
1/2 cup whole wheat pasta w/ tomato sauce
whey shake

Dinner
8oz chicken breast w/ mixed veggies
fat free yogurt
whey shake

Bedtime
Egg protein shake mixed with orange juice(absolutely awful)

Do I need more? Do I need less? Am I sailing smooth? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

you should figure out how many calories that is total and the p/c/f breakdown and there work from there. For breakfast I'd say oatmeal is a must, and then whey or eggs, or both. I think you need more complex carbs throughout the day, your plan is looking more like a cutting diet than a bulking one. And definitely get in a postworkout meal, something as soon as you get home, whey and dextrose or another simple sugar.

What does the workout regimen look like? Whatever you eat should be balanced against the energy that you expend. When you eat it should be connected with when you exercise.

My routine is 5 days a week

1 Chest/tri's (flat bb bench, dips, incline db press, skull crushers/floor presses)

2 Biceps/shoulders (standing barbell curls, military press, upright rows, shrugs, widegrip curls)

3 Legs/abs (squats, leg raises, calf raises, lunges, incline sit-ups)

4 Chest/tri's (flat bb bench, dips, incline db press, tricep extensions)

5 Biceps/back (deadlifts, pull-ups, standing barbell curls, concentration curls)

days of rest between 1 and 2, 4 and 5

I usually workout in the afternoon around 5, so would it be better to add the complex carbs before or after my workout. Im assuming that they would give me more energy for my workouts, but I didn't know if they played a major role in aiding protein delivery. I will try to break down the stats of my diet and post them, and Jallen i agree after looking at my workouts i def. need to add some more fuel to my diet. thanks
