Does my bodyfat measurement sound right?

I finally found some bodyfat calipers but I wanted to ask if my results sound correct:

Height: 6'0
Weight: 176lbs (down from 200 with cardio (elliptical machine))
Bodyfat: Between 20% (per "accumeasure" caliper)
BodyMass Index: 23.5 ("ideal")

It looks like my bodyfat is still too high given my height and weight. I think I plateaued on the cardio after about 6 months at 176 lbs.

I'd like to get may bodyfat down to ???? and ultimately I'd like to add about 10lbs of muscle which I know will take alot of work and proper dieting.

thanks in advance.

Actually I got my weight down doing only cardio but I just started weight lifting and am on my 3rd week of 3 days/week with Cardio 2 days for 30 minutes.

Depends on your body type. Also, what 3-day routine are you doing? Full-body or split?

Monday is Legs, shoulders and abs
Wed: Back and triceps and abs
Friday: Chest, Biceps and abs.

I like this because I can do staggered sets and get my workout in a shorter time period without having to wait 90-120 seconds for recovery.

I suppose you could have that BF %. What are you lifting? Give us some numbers. If they seem low, you could have a low LBM. What's more, if you weren't eating right while doing all that cardio, you could have been burning muscle instead of fat.
