That seems to be the ticket there. I used to eat the standard "healthy" way and was a walking heart attack that hadn't happened yet - lab results said it should happen any time. Even the bands were elevated all the time. Now I eat far differently from Cursor (except we both eat egg yolks) - I bet we both have good cholesterol levels too. I know mine are good because I've had lots of blood work. Common factor in all of us with good heart health seems to be exercise - and not eating whatever foods our bodies need in great excess.

Excess (of anything) = more than your body can use = storage in and on the body as saturated fat and cholesterol. Exercise = more can be eaten without being excessive. Pretty simple really.

Hmmm, packaged egg yolks...for high fat dieters. The entrepreneur in my is thinking here. Now I need a good marketing slogan.

i know a white is the building block protein at which almost all supplements are based off of. Its got all the BCAA's (branch chain amino acids). ITs like 4g of pure protein for one. so if someone knows a regular egg lets compare lol

I woldn't eat 10 eggs in a day. I'd use alternative protein sources for improved variety.

so what do you guys think then?? should I eat 3 whole eggs a day in the morning? cuz everytime I try to cook them up my moms always telling me I'm gonna get a heart attack from high cholesterol and that doctors only recommend 1-2. It's getting kinda discouraging, so should I eat 3 whole eggs then or take out 2 yolks from there??

If you want 3 then eat 3. If you don't want 3 - they aren't mandatory... But even watching your fat and keeping it low - there really isn't that much fat or even protein in an egg. Since I started actually eating some fat my cardiovascular risk factors all went DOWN...and I eat a hell of a lot of fat.

Just keep an eye on the waistline - keep it small to keep the risk factors small. If it starts to get big, then the risk factors get bigger.

Baj i think you will be ok eating three. Just go get your cholesterol taken. If you dont need to watch your cholesterol just hand your mom your results and be like "see my cholesterol is really good." Don't forget you can always eat egg whites. They are pure protein.
