hey. my names Jennifer. im 21 years old and want to lose weight. right now i weigh 220 and i want to be down to 150 before the end of october. i would also like to go from a size 17/18 to a size 9/10. 49' stomach to (not sure). do you think that this is possible to do in 3 1/2 months. if not what would be a
goal weight for me or dress size by the end of october. this is what im going to do.
eat healthy-fruits, veggies, chicken, fish, oatmeal, water, soy milk, egg whites, almonds, and some other foods.
excercise 5-10 min warmup, 30-45 min cardio and
weight training for 20-30 mins. sometimes i will do aerobics classes.
so. 9/10 and 150
deadline: october 29th?
