Cool

drop sizes? :/

hey. my names Jennifer. im 21 years old and want to lose weight. right now i weigh 220 and i want to be down to 150 before the end of october. i would also like to go from a size 17/18 to a size 9/10. 49' stomach to (not sure). do you think that this is possible to do in 3 1/2 months. if not what would be a goal weight for me or dress size by the end of october. this is what im going to do.

eat healthy-fruits, veggies, chicken, fish, oatmeal, water, soy milk, egg whites, almonds, and some other foods.

excercise 5-10 min warmup, 30-45 min cardio and weight training for 20-30 mins. sometimes i will do aerobics classes.

so. 9/10 and 150
deadline: october 29th?

thanks for your help

70 pounds in 4 months is an extremely tall order, and probably not a very healthy target. The rule of thumb is about 1-2 pounds a week for the sake of maintaining lean body mass. This would put you at half of your target (35 pounds) if you steadily lost 2 pounds a week up til your deadline.

Post up your workout and diet with details. Break your diet down by meal, calories, and macronutrient content. Provide exercises, number of sets, and rep range of your weight training. What is your current maintenance level for calories? Read all the stickies as they are loaded with useful info.

Consistency and short/long term goals are keys to success. Keep us posted as you make your way towards your target. Good luck!
