Good luck with gaining on that.
Also since you are only eating for muscle repair remember to take away fat and skeleton mass etc.
You should start on about 150g per day and then this should oincrease as you gain up to near 1.5g/lb a day.
The reason for the increase is say you gain 50lbs of muscle this is one third an increase in bodyweight but would actually be a much bigger percentage increase in
muscle mass (when you account for skeleton mass fat organs etc which make up a large percentage of weight) and will require more protein.
