After reading a lot of posts and asking questions and stuff I changed my diet and ate eggs every morning. The thing is, I never really liked eggs and I think it gives me some kind of acne. I have a sensitive skin and had acne problems before but cured it with Roacutane (vitamin A).
What else could I eat for breakfast? I so don't want to have these problems again!
And, are you guys absolutely sure that Whey has nothing to do with acne? Or too much protein and all?

i had terrible acne and i went to an esthetician, their a million times better than dermatologists. they told me that if you eat foods high in sodium that your skin will get worse, so their for check the sodium ammounts, just watch you sodium and im sure your acne will improve, and egg whites dont have sodium so i think youll be ok.
I dont get why people place diet and acne together.....most medical professionals stick to the rule diet has absoloutly nothing to do with acne it is purely genetic and down what your body is currently going through...

Actually, there are about 50 different types of acne. Some types just appear when you sweat a lot, others appear depending on what you eat and what your body can't handle or when you're ill, when you're stressed, when you have a lack of sleep, etc. It's all about hormones in most cases.
