Why? - they aren't so wonderfully healthy that you should be forcing them down. Kind of like cottaged cheese, if you can eat it great. If you can't...then don't, find another food with a similar nutrition profile.

Hate cottage cheese as well , wont even stay in the same room as someone eating eggs disgusting. Too many quality choices to require forcing down a food. When you are eating about 4000 cals a day the last thing you need is to be forcing that food down just puts you off

A whole raw egg has 211mg cholesterol per large egg with 60% of calories from fat while the egg white ( Egg Beaters) has 0% cholesterol and 6% of calories from fat. So go easy on the yolks folks.

I like mine scrambled. If I am hungry, I'll do four eggs and two whites with a couple of slices of whole wheat bread toasted. That combo will tame my hunger beast for hours, plus give me the protein my brain needs to behave so I can concentrate on my work. I've done eggs for dinner. Great for a late dinner after a hard workout.
I take great pride in my ability to cook some eggs without making a mess of the pan. It's all about the temperature of the pan before adding the eggs.

I had 4 whole eggs with ham and cheese this morning. I knew it would be 5 hours before I got to eat again. Extra fat for sustained energy.

Egg lovers! Tired of your plain ass eggs in the morning?
Please try this:

I'm not an eggs and salsa fan, although my dad is. This is definitely more Mexican than Spanish. Most accurately, it's probably "South Western"

Whatever it is, it's my breakfast in the morning. I got some extra salsa and hot sauce at the Mexican restaurant this evening.

Following the Mexican theme with eggs once, I decided to try them with guacamole... bad idea. Both eggs and guac have little texture, and it was just bad.
I just finished my bowl of oats and 2 scrambeled eggs for breakfast. :

Eggs already have been reinstated as a health food (the major Nurses' Health Study cleared eggs of upping heart attack and stroke risk). Now there's evidence that people who scramble, boil, or poach one for breakfast -- versus eating a bagel with the same number of calories -- bypass junk-food cravings and eat fewer calories for at least 24 hours, without even trying

Ok, this is a question that has been on my mind for a little while now. I know that the vitamins and minerals are contained in the yolk, but is most of the protein(what I am really after when eating eggs) not contained in the white? Is it worth getting a little extra iron and vitamins to consume the massive amount of cholestrol found in egg yolks? Maybe massive is an exxageration but, according to the packaging nutrition info, 89% of RDA of cholestrol is present in one large egg. I usually eat 3-4 eggs for breakfast, isn't consuming 3x the RDA of cholesterol in one sitting a little bad?
