Ephedra responsible for oversleeping

I've been totally oversleeping lately and this is rare for me. I've started using ephedra in my cutting diet lately and I was wondering if it was because of the ephedra? Could it be cuz I'm crashing when I come down off my ephedra? Do you guys every oversleep in the mornings while using ephedra? Thanks. -The N

I've never had that problem and I've had 5 different ECA cycles. If anything, I sleep less when on an ECA stack (which is scary since I average about 5 hours without the supps).

I could definitely see this as a problem. Not only do you come down hard (which, if timed right is a good thing, IMO), but your sleep is likely not as sound as you might think. Your brain could be still active from being over stimulated, and it could take most of the night before you are truly asleep. by the time you do crash for real, it's nearly time to get up. That would certainly make it tough to get up on time.

I make sure I never take an ECA any later in the day than 5pm, and I aim for earlier. That way, when I come down enough to sleep soundly, its bedtime anyway.

If you aren't getting to bed at least 6 hours before you have to get up that'll do it too.
