Ok, can someone tell me if there is a way to tell if something is just fat or loose skin?
I’m down to 237 pounds now, at 13%bf. (From my original 276 pounds)
I figure I’ve still have about 10-12 pounds of fat to get rid of to get down around the magic 8%
body fat level.. but what I’m worried about is even when I get there, that I am going to look like I have “flub” from loose skin.
Anyway, how do I know if it’s loose skin or just that last 10-12 pounds? Or will I just not know till I’m at 8%?
