Buffalo Burgers! Per patty it has only 12 grams of fat with 48 grams of protein! Slap that on a lowcarb hi-protein sprouted 7-grain bun, yum yum!

Some simple slices of turkey or chicken breast.

honestly i think my favorite is simply whey protien, because I prefer to drink things rather than eat them. It's easier for me.

Another one of mine (I have multiple favorites of everything)- Trader Joe's Chicken Italian Sausage... it's unbelievable! We JUST got a TJ's in my area (Twin Cities, Minnesota), and that's pretty much where I buy groceries now. They have a sprouted grain bread that has more protein than digestible carbs ! That could count as a high-protein snack, too...

Trader Joe's is where I get my buffalo burgers. Actually, it would be very hard to eat healthy if it wasn't for that store.
