Feeling sick after excercise

My 16 yr old has been thru lots of testing. She is 5'6" & weights 125 lbs, very slender & very active in sports. we thought she had low blood sugar then it looks like her sugar is going up, plus her insulin level is high. She is on no meds & gets very sick after her sports. She turns so red & feels like she may pass out. She eats well & always has good snacks before she plays & always drinks her water. does anyone have any ideas to help us out? thank you

Does she eat things like..yogurt with fruit, gatorade, bagel with banana and peanut butter..right AFTER sports? Maybe it's a reaction to changing hormone levels as well.. I used to get all itchy and nautious from exercise for a yr or so in high school.. they think it was hormonal..and that the body gets an allergic reaction to the sweat or something..

What type of sports does she play and how long has this been happening?

Please have her see a Dr. There are too many factors involved to give you decent advice in my opinion and If she feels as though she is going to pass out and is drinking plenty of water there is something else causing this...
