Question

FINGERS CROSSED...Do these measurements sound correct?

Taken from here...

http://www.linear-software.com/online.html

Male - weight = 157 height = 5'9" age = 30

Chest = 21
Abdominal = 21
Thigh = 17
Tricep = 10
Subscapular= 16
Suprailiac = 17
Midaxillary = 16

Results = Body Fat % = 17.12
Lbs/Kgs of Body Fat = 26.88
Lean Body Weight = 130.12

If the above is true I'm alot closer to my goal of 10% bodyfat by July than I thought. My love handles are ALOT less noticeable but still there. To me these seem overly optimistic but I've always been a skeptic. I know alot of these calculators are bogus but this one seems pretty extensive and takes alot of measurements into account. Seems that if it is off, it's only be by a percent or two.

thoughts?

Probably close. Take a pic to be sure. It's hard to tell from the mirror - a photo never lies.

thanks A-WELCH.

here's a link to where i was at in january....
http://www.discussfitness.com/forums...oes-31853.html

and here's a link to a new pic taken last week.
http://hollywood5.net/new.jpg

i can see a big difference in my face and midsection. the love handles are a bit deceiving since they're my biggest trouble spot but the rest of me has leaned out alot. i'm going to be one of the unfortunates that will see side obliques and a trace of a 6 pack before those are even all the way gone.
my end goal is 10-12 percent by end of summer.

let me know if you think this looks close to the mark.

thanks agian.

I would have guessed approximately 15% so it's probably fairly accurate. Of course don't forget I was fired from the sideshow as a weight guesser.

Naah, it's not hard. It loses the same as the rest...just takes a bit longer. Keep it going.

yep pictures and a mirror never lie. how far apart are those pictures? i can notice a difference so it seems you are on the right track. keep it up brah and good luck with ur goals

i think you might need more of 8-9 bf% to see the abs though. just make sure you stick with your diet and work out the abs and obliques with your routine. abs workout + good diet = 6 pack. in most cases
