I was wondering if anyone has a simple diet plan that rocks. I'm looking to build muscle and shed fat. I'm running out of creative ideas for food. I'm always on the go so I want to bring quick, easy and healthly lunches. My concerns are that I'm not consuming enough protien. My other question is I have a hard time
keeping track of my calories, protiens and carbs because sometimes the
nutritional value is not available on packaging. Also I am 5'7, 130lbs...how many calories and carbs a day should I be eating. I know that I should be consuming about 85% of my body weight in protien. Thanks
