food advice please


Hey guys,please advice me on a typical days food
little about me first
Im 35 male,train 4 times a week,trained for 4 years,am 12 1/2 stone (85kg i think)
usually train 2 body parts a session,4 sets per body part and reps of 12,10,8 and 5 getting heavier each time
have good shape,look defined and muscular after workout (although goes down very quick ) after training.
trying to gain more muscle is my goal

days food intake and supplements as follows
7am bowl of porridge
protein shake with added creatine with 2 bananas and skimmed milk

10.30 sandwich (typically ham salad,chicken salad on brown)

1.30 Lunch (typically jacket potatoe with tune)
L glutamin tablets and amino acids tablets
2 glasses of milk

3pm another sandwich similar to above

4.30 protein bar

5 15 protein shake with added creatine

6 TRAIN

7 15 protein shake with added creatine
sandwich similar to above

8 30 Dinner fish/chicken/meat with rice or veg or potaote

11 protein shake

12 bed

when/if the three sandwiches a day gets old, add some variety like tuna or cottage cheese or nuts or yogurt or eggs, etc. some sort of combination to get you the calories you need.

also before bed other ideas are cottage cheese, milk, natural peanut or almond butter, etc

and i'm searching for the latest thing; a break in this routine, i'm talkin' some new kicks ones like you ain't never seen.
