Food at work

I just got a new job which pays for lunch... Its a small company and every week they just order from Albertsons and have it delivered and we stock the fridge. What can I eat for protien everyday that doesn't require cooking? We can't really cook or else I'd be doing chicken breast.

Any suggestions? Right now i've been eating deli cuts, but its high in sodium. What else is there?

If you have a fridge - take your own pre-cooked grilled chicken breast

Or even if you don't have a fridge you can still bring a pre-cooked breast with you provided you don't wait too long to eat it.

I eat the Starkist tuna, pre-drained 7oz package and yogurt with grape nuts sprinkled in for my lunch.

I just leave the packages on my desk and come lunchtime I just rip it open and dig in with a fork or put it on a paper plate.
