Fructose before bed helps weight loss?

Just curious if anyone has heard anything about this, and your throughts. Just like 1 tsp of honey before bed is suppose to help.

There is no explanation how this works though, so I would think this isn't really as effective as the article says...If you burn more fat the 1st 4 hours of sleep why would you want to take in 20-40 calories of sugar that you'll need to burn off also...THere needs to be more of an explanation, and I just didn't see it...

I don't see any proof that there is fact to that article. I personally don't injest that much sugar past noon. I keep my carbs to complex in the afternoon and always high fiber veggies at night.

EXACTLY!!!!!! That article had no scientific proof at all or any data or even and explanation....here I will make my own article for that website...

Dr. Furball of discussfitness.com just recently discovered that eating your own feces may help reduce the bodys bodyfat store....when asked for comment he replied...."It reduces your fat."

That is pretty much all I could gather from that article....Don't believe it for a bit....only time I ever take in sugar is post workout...and maybe maybe for breakfast....
