EXACTLY!!!!!! That article had no scientific proof at all or any data or even and explanation....here I will make my own article for that website...
Dr. Furball of discussfitness.com just recently discovered that eating your own feces may help reduce the bodys bodyfat store....when asked for comment he replied...."It reduces your fat."
That is pretty much all I could gather from that article....Don't believe it for a bit....only time I ever take in sugar is post workout...and maybe maybe for breakfast....
